Shipping Policy:

-Fees are calculated starting from our location at 2550 chemin du Lac, Longueuil, J4N 1G7 ;

-Several transportation services are available such as Canada Post, FedEx and others, depending on the specific request of the customer. To get an estimate on a shipment, the customer can communicate with us by phone or email.

 

To Order by email:

You must provide us with the following information:

• Name

• Surname

• Address

• City

• Province/State

• Postal code/Zip code

• Telephone number

• E-mail address

Note: do not provide personal credit card information. A salesperson will contact you.

 

Indicate the SKU number and Qty and or the desired manufacturer number of each product you have chosen via our website.

 

Taxes:

They are applied according to sales tax standards of each province by Revenue Canada. US customers/shipments are tax exempt.

 

Method of payment :

We accept credit cards such as Visa, Master-Card and American Express, payment by Paypal, Paybright, money order or Interac (debit).

 

Products not in stock:

Full payment is required for orders not in stock.

 

All products are payable in advance.

 

Exception : No Free Shipping

 All Gas and Glow engines, Propellers and Transmitters

 

For all other requests and for boxes larger than 36 inches in length, you must submit a request for quotation, by email or phone with a salesman.
